Step 1
Remove the oil cap from engine cover.
Step 2
Loosen the Oil Filter Housing using the Oil filter cap wrench. [Image removed because of tool update]
Step 3
Locate the Drain Pan and remove the bolt using a 17mm Socket. [To Locate] Go under the car and you'll see 2 bars making an X shape; the bottom of the oil pan is located directly above this. You will see a bolt on the side of the pan facing the passenger side; this is the oil drain plug.
Step 4
Let the oil drain completely into the pan. Then reinstall the Drain plug with the new copper gasket and torque the drain plug to 18 Ft Lbs.
Step 5
Remove the Oil Filter Lid and Get your New Filter and gaskets ready.
Step 6
Cut or use a hook tool to remove the 3 gaskets, install the large gasket at the base, then install the 2 small gaskets.
Step 7
Reinstall the oil filter and housing and torque it to 18.4 Ft Lbs. Then add 5.3 Quarts of new oil.
